Florida Surveyors - a history question

I have not been able to find this info, online or otherwise.

Does anyone know who was the very first surveyor to be professionally licensed in the state of Florida?  Was there an RLS No. 1?

the lowest number i could find was in the 900's dated from the mid 50's. im not sure when they even started registering them.
