Open TBC.
-
From the Tools pull down menu select Coordinate System Manager (CSM).
-
On the CSM window, click on the View pull down menu and select Options.
-
The folder used for geoids, coordinate system definitions, etc is shown under the Directory tab.
This is what I see on my Windows 7 64 bit computer with TBC.
You can use Browse to change the folder from the default, but generally I wouldn't recommend it unless you had a compelling reason to do so. It does suggest that you can use a shared folder on a network for multiple TBC users, but I haven't tried that...yet.
FYI, if the geoid required isn't listed under the Geoid Model tab in CSM, it will need to be added to the CSM definitions using the Add Geoid Model option under the Edit pull down menu. Simply copying the geoid file into the folder with the others isn't enough.
