Sokkia SRX3 Bluetooth issue

I'm using a Sokkia SRX3 robot and an Alegro MX data collector. When I try to connect to the gun via bluetooth, it's asking me for a password. The materials I have say that the default should be 0000, but that doesn't seem to work. Does anyone know how to restore the password to the default, or how to disable it altogether? Thanks for the help.

Are you browsing for the device in the program or in the BT utility? What program are you using?
