Unfortunately, this offer only includes the lowest level of license available, ArcView, which is all but useless for a surveyor. In order to really perform survey related functions such as the the COGO toolbar which includes the traverse tools and / or the new Parcel Editor and the Parcel Fabric, you must invest in the next level up in licensing, ArcEditor or ArcInfo.
